Entrace time > Open : 05:00 ~ Close : 01:00

  • Curfew ( 01:00am ) You have to be in the building before 01:00am.
  • If you are staying the night out, register online.
  • You can enter another hall, however, going to the opposite gender hall in not allowed.

How to use the hole entrance Speed-gate

  • 1.홀 정문에 설치된 스피드게이트의 카드 입력부에 관생증을 접속하여 게이트가 열리면 출입이 가능합니다.
  • 2.관생증 접속 후, 게이트가 완전히 열린 것을 확인하고 통과해야 합니다.
  • 3.게이트 출입은 한명씩 순차적으로 해야 합니다.
  • 4.앞사람이 통과한 후, 게이트가 완전히 닫힌 것을 확인하고, 관생증을 접속하여야 합니다.
Points to note when using the hall entrance Speed-gate
  • If there is any problem using the dorm card, go to KU:L HOUSE Office.
  • The card may not work if you place two cards at the same time.
  • If you have a big size luggage, ask the guard to help you. They will use door way next to the speed-gate.

  • Antipass If you try to enter the hall in the wrong way their will be penalty points given. ※ Antipass ability : Use the dorm card to enter and exit the building. [Ex.] Enter-Exit-Enter-Exit(Correct) / Enter-Enter-Exit-Enter(Wrong) / Enter-Exit-Exit-Enter(Wrong)
  • If you don't use thre dorm card in the correct way their will be penalty points given.
  • If you don't follow the rules and damage the speed-gate you will be incharge of it.

Entrance to room

  • 1.Use the door-lock to enter your room. Click the door-lock and when a blue light appears just place your dorm card.
  • 2.After confirming your dorm card the door will open and will lock again by itself.
  • 3.Just pull the handle down and the door will open.
  • ※ If you place the wrong dorm card, their will be a alarm and you have to wait 3 minutes to re-open the room.
  • ※ The door will lock itself automatically.

Notice using dorm

  • You need to have your dorm card(=Entrance and Cafeteria) at anytime.
  • If you don't have your dorm card ask the guard to open the speed-gate and they will give you a password for your door-lock also. ※ Their will be penalty points given if you don't have your dorm card.
  • Damaging or losing dorm card : Visit KulHouse Office to re-make another card, however their will be a fee. ※ Visit time : Weekdays 09:00 ~ 17:30
  • If you have lost your card ask the guard to make a permission slip.
  • Do not place anything into your dorm card.
