How can I use the Cafeteria?

Can use the cafeteria only those who applied before.
On weekdays, breakfast and dinner will be served, on weekends and holidays, lunch will be also served.
Can choose between two different menus. Not available having both menu.
Not available using the cafeteria two times in one meal.
Lending the dorm id card to others is strictly for bidden.
To recharge for more meals after using all.

Is it possible for outsiders visiting the inside dorm?: Only parents are possible but brothers and sisters are possible when their parents are accompanied. You should visit the office with your parents or family first to fill up the form.
If you let outsiders enter the dorm without permission, you will be subject to disciplinary action.

What should I do when facilities are broken or not working properly?

You should call the administration office with any problems about the facilities.

What should I do if I want to extend living in dorm till vacation?: You should ask your department first.

How should I clean before I move out?

When you are moving out your room should be clean enough to give your deposit back or we have to charge from your deposit.

Cleaning the bathroom
- Check list : Toilet, Sink, floor, drain, wastebasket should be cleaned.
Cleaning the room
- Check list : Inside the drawer, under the bed should be cleaned.

Is there any equipments forbidden?: Every electronic equipments are forbidden for safety reason. But, hair dryer, valcuum cleaner, fridge, desk lamp, computer, TV and electric shaver are allowed.

How can I apply for athletic classes?

End of every month, you will be able to apply for next month(We notice on the bulletin board and the web site)

Yoga
- Hours : Every Mon / Wed, Class A - 7pm, Class B - 8pm
- Fee : 10,000 won for 1 month
※ Class B for Yoga can be canceled due to the lack of minimum enrollment requirement.
Dance
- Hours : Every Tue / Thu, Class A - 7pm, Class B - 8pm
- Fee : 10,000 won for 1 month
※ Class B for Dance can be canceled due to the lack of minimum enrollment requirement.

※ You are not allowed to use Gym or field in Konkuk High school.

What should I do when I don't have my dorm ID card?

1 If you left your card in your room, ask the guard in first floor.
2 If you lost your card after the office's operating hours, the guard will give you the temporal card.
3 If you lost your card during the office hour, you will be able to issue a new card at the office.(Operating hours 9:00 ~ 17:30)

※ If you left your card in your room, the guard will give you the password and it counts as 0.2 penalty points.

What should I do if I have to move out from the dorm during semester?

1 If you want to move out during semester you should first notice the department you are in.
2 After it is fixed, you should apply on the web site 3 days before when you are moving out.
3 On moving out day, you should clean your room and bathroom, should pack all your belongs and visit the office between 10am ~ 5pm for the inspection. After the inspection you are ready to go.

※ If you are moving out during the semester, we will transfer the refund to your bank after subtracting 30% for cancellation charge.

What should I do if I need to stay out from the dorm?

If you are staying our from the dorm, you need to apply on the web site.

Staying out during weekdays : 8 days are allowed for 1 month.
Long Staying out : Only available during summer vacation and winter vacation.
Staying out during weekends or holidays : Friday, Saturday and holiday nights are always available but need to apply on the web site also.
Staying our for programs in university : Need to submit the paper that proves you participated the program. If you do not prove, you will have 2penalty points for each day.

※ Notice : Those who don't sign-out will be given penalty points.
